Body in Motion Ages: 4+
Body in Motion focuses on building the functional motor skills children need for everyday independence — including balance, coordination, core strength, bilateral skills, and motor planning. All activities are adapted to each child’s age and developmental level, helping children build coordination, confidence, and body awareness in a playful and supportive OT-led environment. This program is great for kids who benefit from big-body movement in a guided, structured setting where they can develop confidence and control in how their bodies move.
Through obstacle courses, movement stations, and purposeful physical activities, children strengthen the foundations that support self-care, school participation, and active play. As skills grow, the group also introduces early sports concepts such as throwing, catching, running, teamwork, and turn-taking. Every session is led by an occupational therapist and tailored to individual motor goals.
Hippotherapy Ages: 3+
Led by a licensed therapist, Hippotherapy uses the rhythmic movement of a horse to support posture, balance, coordination, and sensory regulation. The horse’s gait naturally stimulates core stability, trunk control, and muscle strength — helping children improve gross motor skills, postural symmetry, and functional mobility. Beyond physical benefits, Hippotherapy offers sensory-rich input and a unique, motivating environment that can boost confidence, body awareness, and emotional well-being.
Aquatic Therapy Ages: 3+
A playful, water-based therapy program guided by an occupational therapist. Water’s buoyancy and resistance make movement easier and more fun, helping children build strength, coordination, sensory regulation, and motor confidence. Particularly beneficial for children with cerebral palsy, autism, developmental coordination disorder (DCD), motor delays, and sensory needs.
Sensory & Self-Regulation Explorers Ages 3+
This blended sensory–emotional regulation program supports children who seek, avoid, or struggle to interpret sensory information or cope with changes to routine, while helping them understand their bodies, build flexible coping skills, and gain confidence. In a safe, supportive, play-based environment, children explore a variety of sensory experiences, movement games, body-awareness activities, mindfulness strategies, and nature-based grounding.
They learn to identify their emotions, use calming tools, improve sensory tolerance, and feel more in control of their bodies and reactions — skills they can take with them into home, school, and everyday life.
Perfect for children who experience sensory overwhelm, big emotions, or difficulty staying regulated in busy environments.
Mealtime Fun Time Ages: 3+
Designed for picky eaters, children who struggle with textures, smells, or tastes and/or struggle with oral motor challenges. Children explore foods in a playful, pressure-free environment while building oral-motor skills, reducing mealtime stress, and developing confidence with trying new foods — all linked to individualized feeding goals.
Fine Motor Fun Ages: 3+
A playful, creative OT-led group that strengthens grasp development, hand muscles, bilateral coordination, dexterity, and visual-motor integration through crafts, hands-on projects, and sensory play. This group is an excellent introductory option for building the fine-motor foundations children need for everyday activities such as dressing, feeding, classroom activities, and play.
Ready, Set, School! Ages: 5+
This structured OT program builds the foundational skills children need for school success, including pencil grasp, pre-writing and printing skills, scissor use, classroom fine-motor tasks, and visual-motor integration. Activities are tailored by age and developmental level — from early introduction to pencil work and cutting to more advanced goals such as letter formation, spacing, pencil control, and writing fluency. Using multisensory, play-based techniques, this group helps children feel confident, capable, and ready for the classroom.
Social Buddies Ages: 4+
Supports sharing, turn-taking, communication, cooperative play, friendship skills, and social confidence. Children participate in guided activities and peer interaction with OT support to help them connect, communicate, and problem-solve with others.
Brain Builders Ages: 5+
A cognitive skill-building group that supports planning, working memory, flexible thinking, sequencing, task initiation, frustration tolerance, and collaboration. Children engage in challenges, strategy games, puzzles, and real-life problem-solving activities designed to strengthen executive functioning.
Little Learners OT Playgroup Ages: 3-6
A developmental, play-based OT group that supports early motor skills, sensory exploration, communication, joint attention, emotional regulation, and caregiver education. Activities are tailored to each child’s developmental level and individualized goals, helping build confidence through meaningful routines and play.
Little Learners brings together elements of motor skills, fine motor development, sensory processing, social interaction, and early executive functioning — offering a well-rounded program for families seeking support across multiple developmental areas. Each week highlights a different area of growth, giving children a balanced foundation while empowering caregivers with practical strategies to use at home.
