Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, as these short-notice changes affect your therapist’s schedule and prevent other families from accessing available spots.
We recognize that true emergencies — such as severe weather, contagious illness, or other urgent situations — can happen, and these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
